Menu Plan Monday

Monday: Nachos-tortilla chips, ground beef cooked with taco seasoning, black beans, mexicorn, cheese, salsa, sour cream

Tuesday: blackened tilapia, sweet potato, broccoli
Wednesday: red beans and quinoa chili
Thursday: Beef Barley Stew
Friday and Saturday: use up leftovers
Sunday: chicken and pork risotto, green beans
