To Infinity and Beyond!!!!!

Woo Hoo!! We saw Toy Story 3 at the movie theater tonight. It was Reese's first time at an indoor theater. In the summer of 2007 he did attend the Rodeo Drive-In several times, though he slept through most of it. His ticket for a 3 year old was $6.75---doesn't that seem like highway robbery? We did not do 3-D because none of us wanted to wear the glasses for the whole movie.Somehow I cut off the Skittles he is holding up, so excited he got to pick the candy.
Pumping the butter into the middle of our popcorn tub....Reese really did it all by himself.

We got excellent seats right in the center. Reese sat on a booster and could see just fine.
He ate LOTS of popcorn.
He's getting a little over zealous with his "CHEESE" smiles.
Reese was very pleased to have a giant Pepsi.

He was so cute, sitting with his feet crossed.
The first thing he saw upon entering was Iron Man, so we had to get a photo.
On the way out we got a shot with War Machine.

Reese had a fantastic time at his first movie theater movie. Now my only worry is how to convince him we don't own this on blu-ray yet when he asks to watch it again tomorrow.

how neat that you got to do that! matthew dug through his hamper, the wet laundry in the washer and the warm stuff in the dryer...looking for the size 5T toy story 1 shirt my mom got him at Goodwill. Yeah. he couldn't find it b/c I put it in the 5T box in the garage. Since Holly Ridge was coming to the door in t minus 20 seconds...i didn't want to deal with a fit or explaining it, so i went out to the garage and dug it out. ugh. grandma is busted! that shirt is way too big!

What a fun night! A & C just watched Toy Story for the first time last night for our "pizza & a movie" night... because I am a wuss and an over-protective mommy and I shelter them from almost all TV and videos. ;) As it was, I was nervous about their reaction to Sid. But they did fine, of course. Sounds like you all had a great time! (And, yeah, that is RIDICULOUS how much you were charged for a 3yo... it's been so long since I've been to a theatre, I had no idea!!!)
