1st Friend Party

Gus went to his first friend birthday party today! Our friend Austin turned 2, so we headed to Blueberry park to celebrate. I left the house thinking maybe I overdressed us since the sun was beaming. Whew it was windy. So glad we ad sweaters. Reese had a great time playing with the other kids on the playground. He had a slide mishap which led to his first ever bloody nose....not a gusher by any means, but it did bleed on and off for the rest of the day. He was super happy to get to come home with 2 party balloons so it made it all ok. Gus played on his blanket quite happily until I bundled him up in the ergo pack so he could be warm and nap. I had a chance to catch up with some mommy friends I haven't seen in awhile. We had a fun day. We may even end up having Gus' birthday party at this same park.
